Applying a meta perspective to dance from a lens of lived experiences as an educator, social worker, therapeutic dance guide, and breathworker allows the nuances of dance to slowly unfold. Over the past 20 plus years, I have been weaving science and intuition that prioritizes safety and offers a supportive space for humans as dancers.
