Have you ever attended a festival and watched that couple dancing to music with a silent longing "man, I wish I could dance like that"?Are you hosting or orchestrating a festival and hoping that people will get out on the dance floor to support the musicians and have a good time? At Louisiana Dance Roots, we offer dance lessons at varying camps, events, and festivals, including Festival International De Louisiane, Festival Acadiens Et Creole, Balfa Week, Blackpot Camp, Beanlandia, and so much more in and out of state! We are always open and seeking to engage with folks to teach dance lessons on-site at festivals across the United States.Our aim is boost confidence and help people become comfortable and familiar with the various dance styles across cajun and creole cultures. From the two-step and jitterbug to the waltz (and occasionally the Latin American Buchata), our goal with teaching lessons at festivals is to empower people to fully immerse themselves in the festival experience and confidently dance with family and friends.
