Moving Closer Together (MCT)

Reimagines dance as a pathway for romantic partners, friends, and family members to deepen connection, communication, and collaboration with themselves and one another.

Rooted in shared movement, this experience offers practical skills and embodied strategies starting with strengthening safety and security and building confidence and  trust within relationships.

Rooted in Louisiana partner dance traditions such as Waltz, 2-Step, Zydeco, and other social dances, this experience offers a meaningful way for couples to reconnect through movement, culture, and play.

You do not need dance experience to participate—just a willingness to explore a different path toward connection. Sometimes the most meaningful breakthroughs happen when couples stop trying to “fix” each other and begin learning how to move together in new ways.
