CDT Couples Dance Therapy sessions invite you to rediscover how dance can deepen connection — both within yourself and with your partner. Stepping off the couch and onto the dance floor opens new pathways to build safety, navigate conflict, and move toward greater harmony and coherence. Each session blends evidence-based research with lived dance experience to gently guide you and your partner toward a more attuned and embodied relationship.
